I launched The Writing Clinic in 1997. Years of grant writing and program development for the New York City Department of Education gave me insight into how school systems,

human service agencies, and faith- and community-based organizations could thrive with purposeful planning and grant writing.

Now, most of my freelance consulting is geared toward user-friendly training courses, strategic planning, and program development sessions. 

I recently wrote The Handbook for Grant Writing as an indispensable resource for those who are not professional grant writers,

but must write grants and proposals for their jobs or personal projects.

Small Group Strategic Planning Sessions
